Tim Clark is a screenwriter, copy editor and English teacher from Melbourne, Australia. His passion for film music really began when he was 12 years old, with the release of James Newton Howard's score for The Prince of Tides. Since then, his tastes have ventured into slightly more adventurous territory, but he always enjoys film music that strikes a balance between heart and head. Some of his favorites are Thomas Newman, Rolfe Kent, Rachel Portman, Jon Brion, Mychael Danna and Joe Hisaishi.
